What did Jesus really mean by His prayer in Gethsemane? We examine the different gospel accounts of His prayer, as well as reference to it in the book of Hebrews to discover a convincing answer to this question. We also look briefly at some implications for ourselves in our life in Christ in the light of this enquiry.
