The Everlasting Covenant

When God made the everlasting covenant with Abraham and the patriarchs He had in view the Gentiles as well as ethnic Israel. He also had in view, preeminently, His Son, and the Israel of God in Him. We see too the significance of circumcision as the sign of the covenant, and the promised land as an everlasting possession.
